  Products will have one of the following delivery modes:

FREE DELIVERY.  Delivery within the UK mainland is free where FREE SHIPPING is shown next to the product photograph.  Where free shipping applies and you require delivery shown yellow on the map (including Eire and the Channel Islands) you should contact us before purchasing.

FIXED DELIVERY.  Some products, owing the their delivery mode, have a fixed cost delivery.  The amount to be charged will be shown separately at the bottom of the product listing and will be added at the checkout.  This is a fixed cost no matter where delivery is within the UK.

STANDARD DELIVERY.  The delivery charges are calculated on the weight of the product and will be added at checkout.  A summary of the charges is shown below:

 When will my product be delivered?  

Products in our Petcare and Heating/Cooling categories are normally delivered within 2 days of ordering at the latest, subject to stock availability.  Furniture, owing to it's manufacture, is normally delivered between Wednesday and Friday if you order before 12 noon on the preceding Tuesday.

In all cases, we will send an electronic mail to you when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.


 Cancelling your Order

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.

To cancel a Contract, you must inform us by email. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. We may be able to assist you in returning the Products to us by arranging collection of the Products by our nominated carrier and again this would be at your cost and risk. The cost of this service would depend on the Products in question and the location from which collection would need to be made.

You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the following Products:
  • The seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software, including games, or on any personal hygiene products such as shavers.
  • The goods were a special order to your specification or contain food.
  • We do not accept returns for cameras and camcorders, USB flash memory, SD storage cards or any clearance items unless, of course, they are faulty.

Returns and Refunds Policy

When you return a Product to us:

because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. 

because the Product is delivered damaged we will exchange the Product or provide you with a full refund (whichever you decide). You must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of the Product being delivered to you and we will arrange for collection and return of the Product through our nominated carrier which shall be at our cost. We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund or exchange via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. 

because the Product is faulty we will exchange the Product or provide you with a full refund (whichever you decide). You must notify us of the damage within 7 working days of the Product being delivered to you and we will arrange for collection and return of the Product through our nominated carrier which shall be at our cost. We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund or exchange via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.


We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
